How To Use
The Hands-free Double Pumping Bra for Spectra, Medela and Hegen comes in two sizes: M (Bust 70-100cm)) and L (Bust 95-125cm). In order to get a correct fit, measure the widest part of your bust while you're wearing a bra (reference the video above or the image below).
